Single Session:

Re-schedules are permitted after purchase if available. For single purchase readings or calls you have within 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel. 

Package Sessions:

For guidance package calls or readings, you can cancel at any time and you will be refunded for the amount of calls or readings that went unused. If you decide to cancel mid-call, you will still be charged for the time of that call in full. If canceling your guidance calls package, please do so 48 hours before the next scheduled session.
